All of our vehicles are Non-Smoking.
All security deposits are NOT refundable. VA Executive Sedan requires 12 hours advance notice for cancellations for sedans and SUVs, 24 hours for stretch limousines and sprinters, and 48 hours for all buses. Any reservations cancelled during the specified time will be charged in full.

Your driver will meet you at the baggage claim area.
We track all commercial as well as private flights. We also monitor the trains.
Yes, in order to book trips for multiple profiles, you will need to fill out a Multiple Profile Access Form.
Yes, we offer transportation to other states or other cities in Virginia. Popular destinations are New York, New Jersey, Atlanta, Charlotte, Washington DC, Richmond, Elizabeth City, NC, and much more. We recommend these bookings be made in advance to ensure safety of our passengers and chauffeurs. You can give us a call to inquire about these special rates.
No, VA Executive Sedan does not purchase light display tickets. Light display tickets for venues that require a ticket purchase are not included in your reservation rate and must be purchased in advance on the website of the light display of your choice.
